We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. They called taxis for us, allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in, and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The location was good, in a nice safe area and within walking distance of some great restaurants. The hotel facilities werevery comfy and tidy, and we especially enjoyed the roof terrace with its amazing views. The breakfast, although simple, provided a nice variety of toast, cereal, and fruit.

Great location in Palermo with many restaurants nearby. Friendly and helpful staff available 24/7. Lovely terrace and elegant communal areas. Clean rooms with daily towel changes. Budget-friendly option for a pleasant stay.

It would be more convenient if the hotel provided fans in the rooms, allowing guests to have a choice in temperature control instead of relying solely on air conditioning.

This hotel is located in a very convenient area on a quiet street in the Palermo district of BA. It offers excellent value for money, with basic amenities and rooms with a private or shared bathroom. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the big spacious bathroom was a bonus. Additionally, breakfast was included in the stay.
All was great, no improvements needed.
